SHIPPING POLICY
All orders will be processed within two working days. Orders cannot be processed on Sundays, National holidays, and Local holidays.

All orders will be shipped on the same day of processing. 
   1) Orders for metros, cities, and major towns will be delivered within seven working days of processing.

    2)Orders will be delivered to small towns and remote locations using the available courier service. The delivery time is also based on the service available.

Once orders are shipped, tracking details will be shared via email.

REFUND POLICY
Due to the fragile nature of ceramics, as a policy, we do not offer returns or exchanges on any products delivered in perfect condition as per the order placed. 

In case of any damage in transit, you need to notify us by email within 24 hours of order delivery with proper images of the damaged box and damaged products, and we will replace your order. 

Please inspect the shipments from the delivery personnel before accepting them. This will ensure that the products are in good condition and have not been tampered with.
 
CANCELLATION POLICY
For any order cancellation, you need to notify us within 24 hours of order placing with an email to hello@jlxstudio.in

Cancellation requests will be accepted only before shipment of the products.

Once products are shipped, cancellation requests will not be entertained.
